Job summary

SZU ENGRG & TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Engineer/PM to plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects in Singapore. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and produce comprehensive documentation for each project.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project engineering or management, with practical steel/site installation experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Experience with steel/site installation, tank/piping fabrication and equipment install.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including safety and technical docs.
• Coordinate activities and monitor progress against milestones.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders for alignment.

Job description

Key responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery

2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including method of statements, risk assessments, technical specifications, drawings, manuals and inspection reports.

3. Coordinate project activities and resolve technical issues. Monitor project progress and performance against key project milestones.

4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives

5. Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, regulations, and health and safety requirements

What we\'re looking for

1. Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or project management within the engineering sector

3. Practical experience in steel and site installation works, including tank / piping fabrication and equipment installation projects.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
