Job summary

Sunley M & E Engineering is seeking an assistant to prepare project start documents, shop drawings, and material catalogues for submission. The role involves liaising with consultants for approvals and coordinating with contractors and suppliers on site.

Candidate should have experience in electrical trades for HDB/Condominium/Commercial projects and familiarity with ACMV design & build, ensuring smooth project progression and on-time submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and material catalogues submission schedule and liaise with the consultant for approval.
• Plan project progress schedule and arrange materials for site processes.
• Attend site meetings with Main Contractor, Consultant & Architect.
• Prepare PO and DO.
• Liaise with main contractor, subcon, consultants, and suppliers.
