Job summary

Sunley M&E Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable assistant to prepare project start documents and manage submission schedules for shop drawings and materials.

The role involves liaising with consultants, planners, and suppliers, coordinating site progress, and attending meetings with main contractors and architects. The candidate should have proven experience in the electrical trade across HDB, condominium, and commercial projects, with familiarity in ACMV design & build.

Qualifications

• Experienced in the electrical trade for HDB/Condominium/Commercial projects.
• Experience in ACMV design & build workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project start documents for submission.
• Prepare shop drawings and material catalogues submission schedule and liaise with consultants for approvals.
• Plan project progress schedule and arrange materials for site processes.
• Liaise with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings with main contractor, consultants and architects.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO).
• Assist with electrical, ACMV and related trades on site.
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
