Job summary

UNITED ELITE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is hiring a Project Engineer to oversee submissions and site works across multiple locations.

The role involves preparing and submitting documents/drawings to consultants and authorities for approval, coordinating with supervisors, and tracking progress with daily, weekly and monthly reports. Candidates should hold a Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) and have at least 2 years of experience in residential construction, ideally with HDB project exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential construction.
• HDB project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit documents/drawings to consultants/authorities for approval and follow up until final clearance.
• Allocate tasks to supervisors and resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly construction schedules/reports.
• Monitor site progress and highlight obstructions to carries out works.
• Assist in technical studies and monthly progress claims.
• Review project plan, plan schedule and sequencing of elements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Project Engineer duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• To prepare and submit documents/drawings to consultants/authorities for approval and following up till final clearance


• To allocate the task to supervisors and resolve issues


• To prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly construction schedules/reports.


• To monitor the site progress and highlight obstructions to carry out works.


• Assist in technical studies and prepare for monthly progress claim.


• Assist in project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, plan schedule and sequencing project elements.


• To maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.


• Any other works assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or equivalent


• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Construction Industry


• Preferably with HDB Project Experience
