Job summary

Beecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Project Engineer to interpret production drawings, implement leading fabrication practices, and plan projects with the team to meet schedule and budget. You will address day-to-day issues, collaborate with management, customers, contractors and suppliers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure project success and alignment with company objectives in a metal

Qualifications

• NITec / Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in metal fabrication and machine shop activities.
• Self-motivated and result-driven mindset.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation and analysis of production drawings and documents.
• Implementing best fabrication / machining practices and techniques to develop and maintain efficient processes to achieve productivity, quality and safety.
• Planning of project and management of the project team to keep project on schedule and budget.
• Handle all day-to-day issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise finding efficient and effective solutions.
• Coordinate and work closely with management, customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain good customer relationship.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure success of project and company objectives.
