Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in Document Control preferred.
• Meticulous and keen eye for details.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all documents for projects and ensure that it is easily accessible.
• Process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures.
• Disseminate, monitor and track incoming and outgoing of documents/transmittals.
• Produce reports and statistical figures to indicate the status of work progress and update into system based on the obtained information.
• Perform document quality check and review completeness of documents and drawings.
