Job summary

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Proven track record in M&E projects, minimum SGD 30 million.
• Well-versed in ACMV code of practice and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process from tender stage to project handover.
• Carry out project planning, cost control and documentation.
• Coordinate construction planning with sub-contractors, client, and consultants to meet schedule.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works and ISO compliance.
• Lead a team of project staff and resolve commercial and technical issues.

My client is an established M&E contractor firms. Strength in ACMV.
Job Descripition

• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures from tender stage to project handover.

• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation

• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works

• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system

• Lead a team of project staff. Resolve commerical and technical issues which project managers are unable to close up the loop.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 10 years experience in construction
• Have good project track records in M&E, min 30million project.
• Well verse in ACMV code of practise and regulations.
