Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and manage day-to-day project coordination.
• Prepare, review, and manage project quotations based on design and construction scope.
• Prepare and revise project drawings, including layout plans, construction drawings, and on site modification drawings.
• Coordinate and review layout, construction drawings, and on-site details to ensure accuracy and buildability.
• Lead coordination with subcontractors and contractors, including work sequencing and site scheduling.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and site safety.
• Identify site issues early and coordinate effective solutions to avoid delays and rework.
• Manage material orders, delivery schedules, and site readiness to support smooth execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
• Manage defect inspections, rectification works, and project handover to clients.
• Maintain proper project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.
