Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience in graphic design coordination is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams, remote designers, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and remote design teams to ensure brand-consistent product listing images.
• Review and provide feedback on images to meet quality standards and visual appeal for customers.
• Develop shot lists for photoshoots and video shoots aligned with mood boards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with photography and videography vendors to ensure timely project execution according to shot lists and storyboards.
• Serve as the primary contact for external vendors.
• Organize and manage digital assets for easy content creation.

Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator (Graphic Design), your primary focus will be to liaise closely with our team of graphic designers to ensure the seamless execution of visual projects, including coordinating with vendors for photography and videography. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and remote design teams to ensure product listing images accurately represent our brand identity, colors, prints, and products.
• Review and provide feedback on product listing images to ensure they meet quality standards and are visually appealing to customers.
• Develop comprehensive shot lists for photoshoots and video shoots in alignment with mood boards and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with photography and videography vendors to ensure timely execution of projects, accurately following shot lists and storyboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for visual content creation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in graphic design coordination or a similar role is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
