Qualifications

• 1 year experience in graphics designing preferred, but beginners welcome.
• Diploma in Graphics Designing preferred.
• Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.

Position Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual assets for both digital and print channels, including social media campaigns, marketing collateral, web banners, and corporate presentations.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all visual touchpoints to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution, ensuring correct specifications, color profiles, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and management teams to brainstorm campaign ideas and translate strategic goals into creative concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a team, with colleagues from other departments, and also independently with minimal supervision
• Aware of current trends and developments in design materials, techniques and technology, to incorporate into designs

Position Requirements

• Preferably 1 year experience in graphics designing, however, no experience are welcome
• Preferably with a Diploma in Graphics Designing
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
• Good command of English and Mandarin languages
• Meticulous attention to details
• Deadline-conscious and able to multi-task
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure
