SURBANA JURONG CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in coordinating civil engineering projects and ensuring timely completion.

The role involves monitoring progress, coordinating site meetings and activities, visiting sites, and maintaining documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma in Civil Engineering is required; travel to site is expected.

• Assist the Project Managers in ensuring smooth project coordination and timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works and site issues.
• Coordinate site meetings, inspections and project activities.
• Maintain project records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits and follow up on site requirements and safety matters.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring smooth project coordination and timely completion.
• Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
