Job summary

PCE BUILD PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Coordinator for landed residential (Design & Build) projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate from tender/pre-construction through handover, working with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure design alignment, quality, and compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and tender data, preparing tender comparisons, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years in Singapore landed residential construction.
• Ability to read, understand and coordinate construction and tender drawings.
• Experience with Design & Build projects and tender coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with local Singapore regulations and site practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landed residential projects from tender to handover, ensuring flow and alignment.
• Review tender drawings, specs, scope, and quotations for accurate tender assessments.
• Prepare tender comparisons and identify gaps/cost implications for decisions.
• Manage Design & Build arrangements with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Review and coordinate Architectural, Structural and M&E drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and constructability issues to prevent delays.
• Coordinate design development to meet client requirements, budget and feasibility.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, material submissions, samples and site activities.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, quality, and schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend consultant/site meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.

Job Summary

Coordinate landed residential construction projects from tender/pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring design alignment, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate landed residential projects from tender/pre‑construction stage through construction to handover, ensuring seamless project flow
• Review tender drawings, specifications, scope of works, and subcontractor quotations to support accurate tender assessments
• Prepare tender comparisons by identifying missing scope, discrepancies, and potential cost implications to inform decision‑making
• Manage Design & Build arrangements by coordinating closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams
• Review and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and M&E drawings before and during construction to ensure accuracy and constructability
• Identify drawing discrepancies, design clashes, and constructability issues proactively to prevent delays and rework
• Coordinate design development to ensure alignment with client requirements, budget constraints, and construction feasibility
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, material submissions, samples, and site activities to maintain project quality and schedule
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality, and construction schedule to ensure timely delivery
• Attend consultant and site meetings, following up on outstanding matters to resolve issues promptly
• Assist with variation works, progress claims, documentation, and project handover to ensure smooth project closure
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and relevant Singapore regulations throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of Singapore landed residential construction experience
• Experience with Design & Build projects and tender coordination
• Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and M&E trades
• Ability to read, understand, and coordinate construction and tender drawings independently
• Understanding of construction sequencing, detailing, and site coordination
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and authority requirements
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Organised and responsible, capable of managing projects closely from design through construction
