Job summary

DISPLAYWORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on project coordinator in Singapore to analyze VM props and fixtures requirements with the production and designer teams. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure design and technical details are followed and prototypes are validated.

You will manage budgets, timelines and delivery, and participate in on-site installations, including night work as venue demands, with responsibilities for post-install maintenance and quality control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline; fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze VM props and fixtures requirements from clients with production and designer team.
• Liaise with clients, design and production teams to ensure all details are followed.
• Receive, fabricate and validate prototypes with clients.
• Maintain control on project budget and timeline.
• Ensure consistency and timely delivery of projects.
• Attend on-site installation, with night work as required by venue.
• Manage post-installation maintenance.
