Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a Coordinator, Project Support to manage work requests, project timelines and facilitate clear communications among casino stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

You will serve as the primary point of contact to disseminate project plans to internal teams and external vendors, coordinating closely with Procurement to source equipment and services on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business/project management or related subjects preferred.
• Prior exposure to project coordination is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage work requests, project timelines and facilitate communications between casino stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact to disseminate and communicate project plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure timely sourcing and purchasing of equipment/services in alignment with project timeline and budget.
• Raise purchase requests and ensure accurate entry of procurement details in accordance with company policies and budget approvals.
• Coordinate with interactive designer to review table layout artwork and ensure timely purchase.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on logistics of purchase, inventory transfers, deliveries to align with project schedules.
