Job summary

Global Switch is seeking a Project Controller to support planning, delivery, and governance of construction and group projects. You will maintain schedules, manage costs, and produce governance-ready reports across internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker who translates data into actionable project insights.
• Ability to anticipate risks and propose practical mitigations in a fast-paced programme.
• Experience with project planning tools and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor detailed project schedules for construction and group projects.
• Coordinate inputs from teams, consultants, and contractors to keep schedules accurate.
• Track milestones, highlight variances, and suggest corrective actions.
• Support budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Produce dashboards and reports for governance and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation to meet standards and audits.
• Assist in reviews, tender evaluations, change controls, and handovers.
• Facilitate clear information flow among stakeholders with deadlines.
