Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader for large-scale GMP projects in the Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage diverse project teams. This role is located in Tuas with company transport provided and a contract duration of 3 years.

About the role:

• Strong leadership skills and proven experience leading large multi-national and multi-cultural project teams.
• Proven experience in the delivery of Life Sciences, and pharmaceutical construction projects.
• Bring a high regard for Environmental Health, Safety & Quality culture and practice.
• Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to prepare reports, negotiate, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

About you:

• Recognized Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture or related disciplines
• Min. 15 years of experience in leading and delivering successful large-scale Greenfield/Brownfield GMP projects for tier-1 life sciences clients across entire project lifecycle
• Ability to manage multi-discipline design and construction teams
• Ability to promote an open and informal communication environment that aims at growing mutual trust and teamwork
• Experience of working in a multi-culture, international environment

Other information:

• Work location: Tuas (company transport provided)
• Working days: 5.5 days works week
• Contract Duration: 3 years
