Job summary

SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and manage project phases from inception to completion at client sites, liaising with business units and developing RFQ documents.

Requires a Diploma in Architectural Technology or Building Services, plus at least 1 year in project management for office fit-out or related works in Singapore. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology, Building Services or related field.
1+ year of project management experience in office fit-out or related construction works in Singapore (consultancy or contractor).
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiar with project life cycle and tender/procurement processes.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations and authorities submission requirements.
Strong verbal/written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage project phases from inception to completion.
Liaise with Business Units, conduct site visits and develop RFQ specifications.
Lead RFQ process with Procurement, Finance and Facilities teams.
Manage project claims, variation orders and close accounts.
Coordinate with Facilities Management, Contractors and Vendors for timely delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
