Job summary

GRAND BUILD PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-oriented construction professional to oversee project plans, coordinate with clients and staff, and report on progress.

The role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring costs and timelines, procuring materials, supervising on-site activities, and preparing site reports and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the construction plan of the project, liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public.
• Monitoring build costs and project progress, determining the time constraints to complete the job.
• Buying materials for each phase of the project, identifying the raw material and manpower required.
• Supervising along with the contractor the construction site, and day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.
• Managing daily activities on the site, working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
• Ability to work in harsh conditions, working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a sit office.
• Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints, and checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
