Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales and project records.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support the sales and project teams with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Check and follow up on costs with manufacturers or factories.
• Support improvements to sales and administrative processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
