Job summary

The Lab Education Centre PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programming & Robotics Teacher to inspire children aged 8–14 with hands-on coding, robotics, and AI projects.

You will guide students through interactive activities, foster computational thinking, and create a positive learning environment while collaborating with curriculum and operations teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience with children or youth preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.
• Five-day work week: 3 weekdays plus Sat & Sun.
• Comfortable speaking with children and parents.

Programming & Robotics Teacher (Ages 8–14)

At The Lab, we're on a mission to equip the next generation with computational thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic educators to inspire students aged 8–14 years old in programming and robotics.

No prior programming teaching experience? That's perfectly fine! If you have a passion for education and enjoy working with children, we'll provide comprehensive training and equip you with everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Conduct fun, interactive programming and robotics classes for children aged 8–14 years.

• Guide students through hands-on projects using coding, robotics, game development, and AI‑related technologies.

• Foster computational thinking, logical reasoning, creativity, and problem‑solving skills.

• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents when required.

• Prepare classroom equipment and ensure lessons run smoothly.

• Work closely with the curriculum and operations teams to deliver an exceptional learning experience.

• Continuously improve your teaching techniques through regular training and professional development.
