Job summary

ML Consulting Pte Ltd in Bugis, Singapore, is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan and coordinate programmes, schedules, logistics and stakeholder engagement for exhibitions and events.

You will manage artist deployments including travel, accommodation, visas, and administration, support production, rehearsals, technical requirements, and event operations, and liaise with partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in exhibitions, events or festivals
• Willing to travel and support overseas project deployment when required
• Experience working with artists, performers, vendors, and international partners
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programmes, schedules, logistics, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate artist deployments, including travel, accommodation, visas, and administration
• Support programme production, rehearsals, technical requirements, and event operations
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
• Coordinate marketing and publicity materials
• Support volunteer recruitment, briefing, and deployment
• Manage programme budgets, procurement, and administrative processes
• Track programme performance, reporting, and post-event evaluation
• Maintain programme documentation, schedules, and operational records

Education

Diploma or Degree in relevant fields
