Job summary

Autism Association (Singapore) is seeking a Programme Support Coach to work with Homeroom Coaches and Reporting Officers in guiding adults with autism in daily routines, life skills and community activities.

You will support PCPs, assist with daily activities and therapeutic tasks, and help maintain safety and well-being. Weekend Saturday shifts are required for Eden Friendship Club activities at the centre.

• Genuine interest in supporting adults with autism.

• Able to commit to working Saturday half day in the morning; prior caregiving experience is a plus.

The Role

As a Programme Support Coach, you will work with Homeroom Coaches and Reporting Officers to guide and assist adults with autism in their daily routines, life skills, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Person-Centred Plans (PCPs) under staff guidance.
• Assist clients in daily programmes, Adaptive Daily Living Skills (ADLs), and therapeutic activities.
• Ensure clients’ well-being and safety, meeting basic needs (toileting, eating, sensory regulation, etc.).
• Help prepare, deliver, and reset indoor/outdoor activities.
• Maintain accurate feedback and basic administrative records.
• Care for programme resources and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• SupportEden Friendship Clubor other Centre activities, typically held onSaturday mornings.
• Undertake other duties as assigned for smooth centre operations.

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week
  • Monday–Thursday:9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
  • Friday:9.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.
  • Saturday:9.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. (For Eden Friendship Club)
