MINDSG LTD in Singapore is seeking a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to collaborate with assigned centres, volunteers and community partners to deliver outreach programmes for persons with intellectual disabilities and their caregivers.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, therapists, and training officers to design, implement and evaluate centre-based and community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsabilités

• Network and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within the community to support clients and volunteers.
• Programme / Curriculum planning, implementation & evaluation with Training Officers and multidisciplinary team.
• Run daily operations and activities at the Centre's Community Inclusive Space/Drop-in Centre, including safety and risk management.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of community stakeholders.
