Job summary

MINDS Community Hub (Jurong East) seeks a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to drive community interaction, partner with volunteers and agencies, and support clients with intellectual disabilities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design and run programmes at the centre or in the community, ensuring inclusive services and safe, engaging activities for clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services or related fields with at least 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish professional networks with the local community to engage volunteers and community resources for client needs.
• Maintain relationships with community stakeholders to sustain volunteerism and client participation in activities.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of community volunteers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to raise disability awareness and inclusion within the centre's operations.
