Job summary

MINDS Community Hub (Jurong East) is seeking a Programme Officer (Outreach and Engagement) to collaborate with assigned centres, volunteers and community partners to run outreach programmes and engage clients and caregivers. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design activities at the centre or in community settings.

A Diploma in Social Work, Psychology or Community Services with at least 2 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services with at least 2 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish professional networks with local community partners and volunteers to meet client needs.
• Plan, implement and evaluate community programmes and curricula with Training Officers or MDT members.
• Run daily operations at the Community Inclusive Space, supervise volunteers and ensure safety and smooth delivery of activities.
