Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project coordinator in Singapore to manage day-to-day stakeholder engagement, coordinate meetings, and monitor project pipelines. The role requires coordinating across multiple stakeholders and strong project management and organisational abilities.

This one-year contract (convertible/extendable) offers opportunities to prepare reports and drive process improvements while supporting various project initiatives and events in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in related industry.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement and follow-up actions.
• Organise meetings including scheduling, materials, minutes, and tracking decisions.
• Manage and monitor project pipelines with proposals, progress updates, risks and next steps.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support development.
• Support project and funding coordination by preparing materials and tracking discussions.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and progress updates for decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events with effective coordination.

• Support project and funding coordination by preparing materials, tracking discussions, and assisting with operational and administrative processes.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and progress updates to support decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on outcomes.
