Job summary

You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, organize meetings, prepare materials, and track actions and deliverables across multiple projects. The role emphasizes managing project pipelines, gathering information from internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with operational and administrative processes to facilitate progress.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in climate, philanthropy or sustainability industries.
• Comfortable following through across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on action items.
• Organise meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and tracking of decisions and deliverables.
• Manage and monitor project pipelines, including proposals, progress updates, risks, and next steps.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, coordinate initiatives, and support project development.
• Support project and funding coordination by preparing materials, tracking discussions, and assisting with operational and administrative processes.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and progress updates to support decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on outcomes.
