AKG Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive/Senior/ATL to ensure seamless service delivery for the Administration Services project. You will manage customer enquiries, maintain records and provide admin and logistics support, including incident reporting and follow-up actions.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition with at least two years of relevant client-facing experience. Leadership potential may lead to an Assistant Team Lead position.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition is required.
• 2+ years in a client-facing, operational role is preferred.
• Proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess and complete applications for Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS), Healthier Dining Programme (HDP) and Healthier Ingredients Development Scheme (HIDS).
• Provide guidance on programme guidelines, nutrient labelling, and filing per guides and regulations.
• Handle enquiries via face-to-face meetings, email and online channels; maintain records and audit data.
