Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Programme Coordinator to plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes for the elderly in the community. You will ensure programmes meet standards and achieve strong client engagement, and you will guide volunteers in delivering activities.

The role involves evaluating programmes, identifying improvements, managing budgets and resources, and collaborating with service users to tailor services to community needs in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
