People Advantage Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Programme & Administrative Executive to support programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operations. You will help manage documentation, track progress, and ensure smooth project delivery.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Programme & Administrative Executive to support programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and contributing to meaningful community and engagement initiatives.
Salary: $2,700 – $3,600/month
Location: Funan (Cityhall)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support for programme initiatives and ongoing projects.
Review, collate, and route information, requests, and documentation to relevant stakeholders for follow-up and action.
Track project progress, maintain records, and ensure timely updates of key activities and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation and partnership activities.
Support the promotion and administration of programmes through various communications and engagement channels.
Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-up of enquiries.
Support meeting arrangements, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
Organise and maintain filing systems and administrative records in accordance with organisational requirements.
Assist with general operational and administrative duties to support team objectives and business needs.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, programme coordination, project support, or related functions.
Experience in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, marketing support, or project administration will be advantageous.
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to coordinate and work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing records, trackers, and documentation.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
