Job summary

PROCTER & GAMBLE INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS SA SINGAPORE BRANCH invites applications for a 2‑year Postdoc to explore how physical and chemical inputs influence skin and scalp biology across the lifespan. The program combines biology, physics, engineering and AI‑enabled discovery to uncover principles governing cellular responses to designed interventions.

You will work with world‑class researchers and mentors across P&G's R&D network, tackling frontier questions and developing skills to lead

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field; postdoc experience encouraged.
• Publications in peer‑reviewed journals demonstrating research excellence.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
• Expertise across bioengineering, mechanobiology, regenerative medicine, biophysics or skin biology.
• Experience with advanced human‑relevant experimental systems (engineered tissues, 3D models, microphysiological systems).
• Familiarity with computational biology, ML or AI‑enabled discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer new discovery frameworks to advance biological performance across lifespan.
• Design and execute high‑impact research programs using advanced biology and AI tools.
• Collaborate with P&G researchers and global leaders to shape strategy.
• Operate within a Design‑Build‑Test‑Learn environment to drive learning.
• Translate discoveries into publications, IP, collaborations, and opportunities.
