Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore is offering a 2-year Postdoc position in Skin and Scalp biology. You will work with world‑class scientists to understand regeneration, tissue renewal, and aging in human skin. This role combines advanced biology with AI‑enabled discovery to push the boundaries of consumer health science.

You will join a global ecosystem of scientists, mentored by senior leaders, tackling frontier challenges and driving impactful discoveries across lifespan health.

Qualifications

• PhD in Stem Cell Biology or related discipline.
• Recent PhD graduates or near completion encouraged to apply.
• Strong publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Expertise in hair follicle biology, stem cell biology, regeneration, tissue homeostasis, ECM, development, signaling, skin/epithelial biology, metabolism.
• Hands‑on experience with complex experimental studies and advanced biological models.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer new discovery frameworks to advance biology of lifespan health.
• Design and execute high‑impact research programs using advanced biology, human‑relevant systems, multimodal data, and AI‑enabled discovery.
• Collaborate with P&G Research Fellows and global leaders to shape strategy.
• Operate in a Design‑Build‑Test‑Learn environment integrating experiments, computation, and new tech.
• Translate discoveries into publications, IP, collaborations, and opportunities with global consumer impact.
