Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Program Support Specialist 1 for its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role involves supporting program management, maintaining documentation, and coordinating procurement and shipping of equipment for federal, local, and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Travel may be required as part of project duties.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on business and contractual matters and track project deliverables.
• Maintain contractual, proposal, and project documentation in contract repositories.
• Prepare and file documentation for employee permits, security, certification, access, and travel requests.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and perform other related duties.
• Serve as focal point for issue resolution, including commercial and federal compliance, acceptance, and payment issues.
• Complete and track project deliverables for technical installation and related reports.
• Create and modify material lists, shipping documents, and track materials throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with management and engineering to ensure timely procurement and shipment of equipment and materials.
• Research part numbers, manufacturers, product specs, and maintain vendor relationships.
