Job summary

Equinix is hiring for a Project Manager to deliver multi-functional projects and manage stakeholder needs across regional teams. You will lead planning, coordination, and communication to ensure successful outcomes and on-time deployment using Equinix processes and tools.

The role emphasizes risk control, resource planning, and collaboration with external suppliers to meet complex deployment milestones and customer expectations. This is a backfill position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience preferred
• Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Plans through collaboration across functional teams to create simple business cases and independently collate project plans with an appropriate planning tool
• Maps out stakeholder lists, consult on stakeholder requirements and pro-actively manage stakeholders needs and seek feedback
• Recommends and agrees the level of communications appropriate for the project/program being delivered across functions with key stakeholders
• Risk and issue management, planning and responses are identified at an appropriate level for the project complexity and risk management
• Is responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple functional groups
• Produces resource/cost plans and estimates; Tracks costs to plan and manages changes to plans; Remediates issues with external suppliers and contractors
• Manages complex customer deployments involving cross-functional teams, multi-site and multi-regional; Creates and communicates with customers using detailed project plans with milestones and deployment schedules; Holds internal stakeholders accountable for meeting commitments
