Job summary

Lifelong Learning SG is seeking a Manager, SkillsFuture Advice (SFA) Support to coordinate workshops, track programme delivery and report on KPIs. The role will engage CDC teams, HQ and partner organisations to ensure timely execution and effective governance across initiatives.

It is a 1-year temporary position to strengthen capacity during periods of increased service delivery, with a focus on operational excellence, data accuracy and actionable insights for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in business, social sciences, communications, public policy, education, workforce development or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, stakeholder management, reporting or public-sector project support.
• Strong coordination and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Comfortable with data, reports and dashboards; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Good writing and communication skills to prepare updates, reports and meeting materials.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders across HQ, frontline teams and external partners.
• Prior experience in skills training, workforce development, community outreach or government-funded programmes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SkillsFuture Advice workshops and related initiatives across CDC teams.
• Track programme delivery progress, workshop pipelines, attendance, conversion and follow-up actions.
• Consolidate district-level updates, issues and risks for management review.
• Assist in rollout of new or enhanced SFA initiatives and partner-led engagements.
• Maintain programme data, prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with CDC teams, HQ, government agencies and partners to support delivery.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting notes and follow-up actions for stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and update workshop materials, briefs and FAQs; assist in communication for updates and reporting.
• Maintain trackers for workstreams, risks, issues and follow-ups; document standard operating procedures.
