Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager for the MSc in Game Design, Art, and Technology (GDAT). This role leads strategic planning, admissions, and day-to-day operations for a growing postgraduate programme at the intersection of art, design and technology.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in admissions or operations within higher education, with strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5–7 years in admissions, operations or administration, preferably in higher education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn IT systems quickly.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Independent and collaborative with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning, scheduling, budgeting and operational management for the MSc in GDAT.
• Head end-to-end graduate admissions: outreach, screening, interview coordination, and post-offer follow-ups.
• Oversee course registration, curriculum updates, timetable scheduling, and cross-school registration matters.
• Supervise senior executive for enrolment, assessments, and faculty hiring support.
• Manage PTL hiring process: coordinate teaching needs, candidate sourcing, HR appointments, onboarding and admin.
• Prepare and submit exam results, ensure policy compliance.
• Plan orientation programmes for each intake and handle student queries and feedback.
• Monitor budgets, procurement and asset management for the programme.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for operational alignment.
