The Debug team is a group of Mosquito Biologists, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Automation Experts, Build Technicians, Program Managers, and Operations Specialists working to develop ways to reduce the impact of mosquito-borne diseases.

As a Program Manager for Supply Chain, you will be part of a small energetic team of Mosquito Biologists, Software Engineers, and Automation Experts working to develop better ways to reduce the impact of mosquito-borne diseases. Being responsible for providing end-to-end procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, importation and exportation, transportation and distribution, new product development readiness, you will work closely with engineers, manufacturing, finance and operations to ensure parts and equipment are sourced and procured at the right time, right quality and right cost.

Qualifications
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and manage debug’s supply chain function, including planning, purchasing, inventory management, negotiation, freight and logistics and financial reporting.
  • Ensure and maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness and cost effectiveness of debug’s supply chain on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage and track key metrics in order to drive financial performance, and implement processes to mitigate supply interruption.
  • Lead and carry out import and export operations, including international freight forwarding and local transportation.
  • Identify potential disruptions to supply chains including but not limited to tariffs and sanctions, as well as ensuring business continuity through mitigation plans.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing warehousing, data center, supply chain operations, or inventory management systems.
Preferred qualifications
  • Knowledge of robotics/automated systems, biotech equipment, and applicable standards.
  • Ability to manage project priorities and technical resources and manage relationships with multiple partner-teams, directors or vendors.
  • Excellent investigative skills with the knowledge of systems with multiple variables and industrial pneumatics and sensors.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
