As the Program Manager, Robotics, you will be at the helm of complex, high-impact robotic initiatives, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders—to ensure seamless integration, operational efficiency, and performance optimisation. With a keen focus on execution excellence, you will play a pivotal role in scaling robotic solutions, driving continuous improvement, and positioning Certis at the forefront of robotics-driven transformation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of robotic deployments, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, working closely with engineers, AI specialists, customers, and business stakeholders to align technical and operational needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring all initiatives stay on track while mitigating potential challenges.
- Performance Optimisation – Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the efficiency and impact of robotic deployments, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure all robotics programs adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and AI ethics guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to scale robotic solutions across different use cases, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in robotics, automation, and system implementation, with a strong understanding of AI-driven robotics and autonomous systems.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder robotics projects, managing risks, budgets, and schedules in dynamic environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps for robotics software and hardware development, and iterative deployment strategies.
- Strong understanding of how robotics, AI, IoT, and enterprise systems integrate to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to navigate high-stakes projects, balancing the needs of engineering teams, customers, and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills to proactively identify challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies.
