Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead structured cabling programs across large data center projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, execution, safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading teams and subcontractors, developing schedules and budgets, and delivering end-to-end cabling, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Strong PM discipline and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience managing structured cabling, ICT, network infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling systems, testing, and commissioning practices.
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling tools.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
