Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of structured cabling programs across large data center projects. You will manage multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring safe delivery, quality compliance, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, develop schedules and budgets, oversee installation, testing and handover, and report progress with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience managing structured cabling, ICT, network infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic cabling systems, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of structured cabling projects within data center environments.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve milestones.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and project budgets.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor risks, issues, and change requests; implement mitigation plans.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular project reporting, forecasting, and executive updates.
• Drive quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across delivery.
