Job summary

ST Engineering UAV Division is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on production and drone assembly, managing project lifecycles and coordinating cross-functional activities to achieve business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver multiple projects under pressure while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Proven experience in a Program manager role within engineering or aerospace sectors, preferably with UAV exposure.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical, strategic thinking with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, composites, and manufacturing processes is desirable.
