Job summary

NYP School of Engineering seeks a proactive Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of pastoral care and mental wellness programmes. You will drive end-to-end implementation, stakeholder engagement, administration and resource planning, bridging strategy with ground execution to enhance student wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end programmes, preferably in education.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive initiatives.
• Familiarity with youth support systems and mental wellness frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for Mental Wellness and Peer Supporter programmes.
• Oversee training administration, scheduling, student registration and communications.
• Support budgeting, procurement and resource planning; streamline workflows.
• Strengthen pastoral care and student support frameworks across the institution.
• Engage internal stakeholders and build partnerships with government and community organisations.
• Translate data insights into programme improvements and reporting.
