Job summary

National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dedicated professional to support planning and implementation of student wellness strategies and programmes. The role includes case management, stakeholder engagement, and developing wellness services to enhance student wellbeing and success.

The candidate will contribute to coordinated student-centered support, improve service delivery, and drive initiatives across the University’s student support ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in student support, youth development, counselling, social services, higher education or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in case management, programme planning or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
  • Experience in developing communication materials or publicity is advantageous.
  • Strong writing skills for reports, publicity materials and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with faculty partners and community partners to foster an integrated student support ecosystem.
  • Provide structured case consultations and guidance on assessment, intervention planning, and referrals.
  • Provide student support and case management by assessing needs, coordinating referrals, and documenting cases.
  • Support and implement student wellness programmes and initiatives promoting wellbeing and peer support, evaluating outcomes.
  • Support communications and outreach by developing publicity plans and targeting messaging to raise awareness and engagement.
  • Contribute to service development by reviewing frameworks, preparing reports, and participating in cross‑functional projects.
