Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at National University of Singapore's Kent Ridge Campus is seeking an operational lead for a portfolio of Graduate Diploma programmes, guiding governance, planning, and continuous improvement while mentoring a small team.

You'll co-lead marketing and outreach to expand the DGMS' reach across digital platforms, liaise with internal partners and external stakeholders, and expect roughly 20 working weekends per year during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Supervisory experience in managing a team.
• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Meticulous with strong customer orientation and multitasking.
• Proficient in Excel formulae for marks algorithm.
• Willing to work around 20 weekends per year and occasional after-hours.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Graduate Diploma Team across 8+ programmes and upcoming ones.
• Guide Exam and Programme Committees on governance; ensure accuracy in results and conferment.
• Coach and performance-manage two direct reports in an open-feedback culture.
• Co-lead marketing and outreach to identify publicity channels and digital learning partnerships.
• Liaise daily with internal partners (Finance, Legal, Registrar's Office, NUHS) and external stakeholders (MOH, AMS, hospitals, overseas counterparts).
• Anticipate approximately 20 working weekends per year during examination and programme peaks.
• Resolve issues within the team and coach direct reports.
