Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Engineer (Business Development) to manage key customer accounts and drive projects from prototype through mass production to EOL.

You will coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams while identifying new business opportunities and supporting customer acquisition. The role requires a diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and 1–3 years in manufacturing or related fields, with strong communication and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, technical sales or related field.
• Knowledge of FPC, PCB or electronics assembly manufacturing is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Key Customer Accounts and build strong relationships.
• Drive projects from prototype to mass production through EOL.
• Develop new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Operations to resolve issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports on revenue, pipeline and opportunities.
