HP Inc. Singapore is seeking a Program Engineer to join the R&D team responsible for consumer inkjet all-in-one and printer products. You will develop engineering specifications, drive project schedules, manage build readiness, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
You will lead cost management, BOM tracking, test plans, and proto builds, while assisting the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure technical success across the development phase.
You will be a member of an R&D team responsible for the development of Consumer inkjet All-in-One and Printer products. You will be responsible for Develop engineering specifications and requirements for the product. Develop project schedules and drive projects to successful completion. Work with technical team to establish build objectives, drive readiness and manage build progress. Lead operation and/or production to establish processes for the project. Assist the organization in maintaining system quality throughout the product lifecycle. You will be assisting the Program Mgr and Chief Engr to ensure all technical aspect of the project are well managed. You will be responsible for the success of the R&D development phase and all the proto builds. Tasks includes collating requirements and volume for the build, construct build matrix, manage BOM, ensure test plan is ready and manage build and product cost. You are expected to work with cross disciplines, functional and geographical teams.
