Job summary

Visa is seeking a Program Director to lead end-to-end consulting engagements for IPVMC clients from Singapore. You will manage client inputs, analyze data to form recommendations, and present findings with actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
• Good knowledge of the payments industry landscape and developments within IPVMC
• Excellent client relationship management with sales orientation and experience selling major projects to senior management
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Strong team orientation, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible in a matrixed organization
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to progress multiple projects concurrently
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business/value cases that prove ROI
• Exposure to customer experience design (using human-centred design / design thinking)
• Strong undergraduate/post-graduate academic accomplishment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of VCA’s consulting offerings and engagement delivery in IPVMC to help Visa clients protect and grow payments
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client senior executives through impactful consulting engagements
• Partner with peers in other functional areas to execute projects leveraging the breadth of Visa’s resources
• Prepare client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and deliverables
• Execute & lead projects end-to-end
• Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within engagements
• Support thought leadership projects on the future of payment to clients and partners
