Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director of Client Insights & Analytics to lead the AP region, combining research and analytics with consultative, revenue-driven leadership. This role focuses on translating data into client value, accelerating growth, and shaping analytics strategy across financial institutions and ecosystem partners.

Based in Singapore, you will drive multidisciplinary client engagements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

We seek a driven professional with deep expertise in insights and analytics plus proven consultative selling and commercial leadership.
15+ years in consumer insights and analytics with experience in strategy or advisory roles.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead in matrixed organisations.
Proven track record leading analytics functions at senior level.

Responsibilities

Lead market level Client I&A teams and set strategic direction.
Drive solution bundling and cross-sell to create a pipeline of intelligence opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing Services, account management and consulting teams to originate revenue streams.
Lead Visa's Brand Performance program with intelligence outputs.
Champion AI-enabled research and scalable insight platforms.
Represent Visa as a senior external voice on payments intelligence and market analytics.
