Job summary

Visa Consulting & Analytics in Singapore seeks a Program Director to lead end-to-end engagements for the IPVMC cluster, serving issuing, acquiring, merchant and fintech clients. Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management.
• Good knowledge of the payments industry landscape and developments within IPVMC.
• Excellent client relationship management with strong sales orientation and experience selling major projects to senior management.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with rigor and attention to detail.
• Strong team orientation, collaborative, diplomatic, and able to work in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of VCA’s consulting offerings and engagement delivery in IPVMC to help Visa clients protect and grow payments.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client senior executives through impactful engagements.
• Partner with peers in product, marketing, risk, and innovation to execute projects leveraging Visa’s resources.
• Prepare client proposals and project plans with clear dependencies, roles, and deliverables.
• Execute and lead projects end-to-end and create compelling findings and recommendations.
