Job summary

CHARTERHOUSE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Manufacturing Support Specialist to perform product testing, troubleshoot issues, and rework to ensure production readiness.

You will work in a cleanroom environment and support QA and Engineering in resolving problems. The role requires rotating Day/Night shifts, overtime when needed, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Cleanroom environment experience preferred.
• Comfortable with rotating Day/Night shifts and overtime.
• Basic experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and rework to ensure product quality and production readiness.
• Diagnose technical issues, support root cause analysis (RCA), and work with Engineering and QA to resolve production problems.
• Support continuous improvement while maintaining manufacturing, safety and quality standards.
